Using car polish on your car may seem like a waste of time and money, but it is actually quite beneficial to your car in the long run. If you apply car polish to your vehicle once every three to four months, the body of your vehicle will last years longer, you will spend less money on paint jobs, and your car will bring more money for a trade in. I like to work it right into my routine, because I know that it will save me money in the long run. I like to use the following holidays as a reminder to wax the car: Valentines Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.

Off on a tangent, regular car washing is important, as well. It is probably more important than waxing it, especially if you live in an area where the roads are treated with salt in the winter. I like to add washing my car to my weekly routine. I save up quarters in the car that I get as change and use them to run through the car wash. It only costs me about two dollars and five minutes of my time, but will add a lot of life to my car. Let’s get back on task to car polishing, though.

Car polish application is actually a simple process. Be certain that your car has been thoroughly washed and dried before your begin the application process. Once you have washed and dried the car, begin applying the car polish one section at a time. It is best to test an inconspicuous area of the car first whenever you use a new type of car polish, just to make sure it will not have any adverse reaction. I like to work from top to bottom on the car because there is usually more dirt at the bottom of the car that I do not want to rub around to the other sections of the car. I do not want to scratch up my paint by accidentally rubbing dirt in, so I like to make the last section of the car that I do.

Once you are done applying your car polish, rub the car off with a soft cloth to make it nice and shiny. This process may seem like a real pain in the neck, but in the long run, it will save you a lot of money. Years of life will be added to your car, as will dollar signs if you ever trade or sell your vehicle. By simply applying a little car polish, you can keep your car looking just as good as the day that you drove it off the lot. Applying car polish is definitely worth the work…work a little now, and have your car last a lot longer and be worth a lot more money!

Car polish, or wax, is applied as a thin, transparent layer over the paint. The car polish protects the paint job from the elements and masks minor flaws such as scratches. Car polish also seals the paint, making it less susceptible to corrosion. You should always begin waxing just after washing and drying your car.

Dry the car off, then apply the car polish one small section at a time to the exterior.

The guy applying car wax, however, believed I was not so good. After he was finished with the car wax, he came over to give me an earful. “The paint is all oxidized. How could you let this happen?” When did not applying car wax become such a sin? There were lots of other customers, sitting in their suits like me, glancing over to get a look at me being reprimanded. I have nothing but adoration for my car.

But back to car polishing.

Applying car polish is actually very easy to do. Make sure that your car is clean and dry before you begin applying any car polish. Once washing and drying has been completed, begin applying the car polish to one section of the car at a time. I always test an unnoticeable area of the car if I am using a new brand of car polish, just to make sure that it will not have any adverse reaction.

However brilliant the paint on your car may look you may still be in need of a car wax. Whether it is for a new car or an old one car wax gives you car paint that much needed extra life. In fact, car wax protects your car or vehicle from harmful rays, environmental pollutants and other damaging effects that tend to wipe out the original shine. You need to bear a few things in mind while using car wax. First wash your car thoroughly with clean water by using a hose and care should be taken that you keep the windows closed.

The next step is applying your choice in a quality car wax, beginning at one end and working in small sections until you reach the other end. It is best to use either a towel made of terry cloth or a cloth diaper to apply the waxing substance using circular motions. Once it has had a sufficient amount of time to dry you can begin rubbing in a circular motion on small sections to remove the product, shaking the towel from time to time. When you have finished, you just might be surprised at the shine and beauty that was hiding underneath a once very dull looking paint job. When automobiles are allowed to sit in the hot sun day after day without using any type of protective product, after time the paint will become dull in its appearance.

Over time, dust, grime, grease, oil and bird hits accumulate on the exterior paint of a car. Just washing your car is not sufficient as most of these contaminants have acids and adhesive agents in them which stick to the car paint and slowly eat through the protective layer of paint exposing bare metal. Exposed metal leads to corrosion, rust and reduction in the life of the car as also its resale value. Car polishes come in various forms and have varying ingredients. However, most car polishes have abrasive component to help remove the oil and grime marks.

When you use it with the paint sealant then it can bring a positive change in the appearance of your car.

Selection of the car waxes depends upon the brand you are using because many companies are making these waxes. Various formulas are used by the companies for manufacturing car waxes. The best brand is the one which offers quality and high protection a reasonable rate. Car owners should not compromise with the quality because you are applying it on your expensive car.

How? Well, your customers will surely feel safe if your establishment have high resolution cameras. When they feel safe, they know that their vehicles are also well protected. They will trust your facility better than your competitors and they would rather come back to your place than take their car to an unprotected place. They can also see that you are properly monitoring your operations, from security to how your employees take care of their cars. Also, if some customer claim that they have lost something from their cars or if they claim you have caused damages to their vehicles, you are also well protected.

In addition, after using it you will realize that your car will look more fantastic. Car wax of high quality brings a special shine to the car and therefore, quality car wax should be the right choice.

Most of the people are always confused for the selection of the car wax because they argue that it can be dangerous for the car. However, it has been proved that it is made up of carnauba or from other natural waxes hence, they do not damage the cars. Good contents added in the car waxes can also increases their functions.

There were lots of other customers, sitting in their suits like me, glancing over to get a look at me being reprimanded. Honestly, I love my car. I had no idea I had treated it so poorly. Luckily, I was saved by the guy who put my car wax on.

You can protect the paint on your car with car wax.
